Tasks

Third-level support for IT networks and security software in the education sector
Customer consulting and support for the technical integration of the products
Documentation of the activities performed in tracking systems such as OTRS
Support of colleagues in second level support

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the IT field, e.g. Bachelor of Engineering or very good degree as IT specialist for system integration or IT systems electronics engineer
Very good knowledge of common Microsoft and Linux operating systems
Good comprehension of technical processes
Good network knowledge (topologies, VPN, VLAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, heterogeneous networks)
Good knowledge of directory services, such as ActiveDirectory and LDAP
Good knowledge of at least one of the scripting languages BASH/SHELL, Perl, Python
Experience in dealing with proxy / firewall systems
