IT Process and Project Manager (m/f)

Tasks

Survey and analysis of business processes
Recording, modelling and maintenance of business processes using the given modelling standards
Setup, development and support of business process management structures
Optimization of processes through analytical and constructive examination of existing workflows
Support in the development of process, optimization and change management projects
Cooperation with IT and operational departments for the conception of cross-interface solutions
Identification and visualization of optimization potentials
Assumption of project management for defined topics from preparation and planning to securing the project goals (quality, time, budget)

Your profile

Degree in economics, professional qualification as process manager or similar or a comparable qualification, preferably IT-related
Professional experience as a project manager in the area of business processes and process organization, ideally in the IT industry
Good knowledge of the design and documentation of organizational processes and process optimization
Methodical approach and good conceptual and analytical skills as well as a quick uptake
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and good argumentation skills, also at decision-maker level, especially in complex contexts
Confident, convincing and at the same time binding appearance
Strong self-motivation, high solution orientation and pragmatism
Ability to present and communicate complex interrelationships in an understandable way
Passion for new technologies and trends and their meaningful application in companies
Good knowledge in handling the MS Office package

Nice to have

Very good written and spoken German skills
Ideally you have already gained experience in dealing the Scrum method and/or Atlassian products (e.g. Jira. Confluence, Bitbucket)
