Tasks

Support and coaching of one or more agile teams and their team members
Identification and elimination of technical and organizational problems
Support of the organization in the introduction and optimization of processes and working methods
Ensure process conformity in the work of agile teams
Identification of structural, procedural and social dysfunctions in the agile teams, as well as implementation of corrective measures
Support in the promotion of other Agility Masters in their development and daily business
Identification and establishment of suitable tools and methods for the targeted support of agile teams
Supporting leadership in managing the organization according to agile values & principles

Your profile

Several years of experience as Agile Coach /Scrum Master in the IT environment
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Strong in communication and confident in difficult conversation situations
Strong social skills and understanding of possible dysfunctions in interpersonal interactions
Ability to impart knowledge in a goal-oriented manner and to present facts confidently up to management level
Profound understanding and relevant experience with different agile methods and frameworks and knowledge of the advantages and disadvantages of agile methodologies
