System Administrator (m/f/d)

Tasks

Administration and monitoring of the system landscape based on Windows and Linux servers, clients and virtualization environments
Development of concepts and procedures to ensure stable IT operations
Control of compliance with defined service level agreements for quality assurance
Coordination with external IT service providers
Implementation of service requests from the departments (internal helpdesk)

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in the IT environment or training, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration
At least three years of practical experience as IT system administrator of infrastructures in the Linux and Windows environment
Very good knowledge in the administration of domain controllers as well as file, web, database and e-mail servers (e.g. Windows Server 2003/2008 and Linux Server)
Experience with products for virtualization and software distribution
Very good knowledge of firewall and VPN
Good programming skills in scripting languages

Nice to have

Knowledge of system programming would be desirable
Ideally you have already gained experience in dealing the Scrum method and/or Atlassian products (e.g. Jira. Confluence, Bitbucket)
