IT sales representative (m/f/d)

Tasks

As a member of our internal sales team, you are often the first contact to our customers, who will gladly contact you with inquiries about our products and services and will certainly soon thank you for the great support and smooth handling. In order to guarantee your customers an optimized and holistic support, you will work together with the internal process management and our sales representatives.

You will take over the following tasks confidently and responsibly:

  • comprehensive customer advice by telephone/e-mail/webcast
  • Consulting for new customers in in- and outbound
  • Acquisition of new customers and support and further development of existing customers
  • Sales of the entire solution and service portfolio
  • Price Calculation
  • Preparation, control and monitoring of the offers
  • Project support and documentation of customer information in the CRM system
  • Reliable forecast generation
  • Responsibility for compliance with sales and earnings figures
  • Independent planning and arrangement of customer appointments for the field service

Your profile

You are self-confident, able to speak, but you can listen even better and let every customer feel your fun in sales work. Even in uncomfortable situations, you are able to meet the customer's requirements and respond to them in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner. You work in a structured and careful manner, are disciplined, resilient and capable of learning. You think holistically, economically and sustainably.

What else you bring to the table:

  • Successfully completed studies in the fields of economics, business informatics or comparable, also possible: completed commercial/technical training, e.g. as an IT system administrator, and professional experience in the area of responsibility described
  • Interest in sales and customer service
  • IT knowledge of products in the field of servers, routers, networks, etc. and software
  • Knowledge in handling CRM systems, merchandise management systems
  • Media competence, understanding of the Internet required
  • Secure handling of MS Office and the Internet, understanding of data protection
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Safe and friendly contact with customers on the phone
  • Analytical intellectual capacity
  • Independent, structured, responsible and careful way of working
  • Reliability, communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of the market segment public authorities desirable
