As a member of our internal sales team you are often the first contact for our customers. Inquiries about products & services are recorded and answered and forwarded to the respective account manager.
You will take over the following tasks confidently and responsibly:
You will work closely with our sales representatives and take over the planning of field service appointments, including travel routes and hotel bookings. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure comprehensive support. In doing so, you will always maintain an overview and prioritise requests according to importance and urgency. In addition to answering calls, you will also actively support the internal sales force in the acquisition process.
You are self-confident, able to speak, but you can listen even better and let every customer feel your fun in sales work. You work in a structured and careful manner, are disciplined, resilient and capable of learning. You think holistically, economically and sustainably.
