In the responsible position of Key Account Manager in the field, you are the personal face of the TIME for kids brand. Your main task is the distribution of the entire TIME for kids product and service portfolio. You will plan and coordinate your customer appointments and follow-up activities in coordination with the sales office and central sales management. You will also receive support from the back office and technical support.
You will take over the following tasks confidently and responsibly:
You enjoy travelling, are self-confident, have good language skills, but are even better at listening and let every customer feel your fun in sales. Even in uncomfortable situations, you are able to meet the customer's requirements and respond to them in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner. You work in a structured and careful manner, are disciplined, resilient and capable of learning. You think holistically, economically and sustainably. You have a good basic understanding or, even better, extended knowledge in the field of IT networks, security, routers, servers, software systems and media distribution. Ideally you have already gained experience in the German-speaking education sector.
