Key Account Manager in field service (m/f/d)

In the responsible position of Key Account Manager in the field, you are the personal face of the TIME for kids brand. Your main task is the distribution of the entire TIME for kids product and service portfolio. You will plan and coordinate your customer appointments and follow-up activities in coordination with the sales office and central sales management. You will also receive support from the back office and technical support.

You will take over the following tasks confidently and responsibly:

    • Acquisition of new customers as well as support and development of existing customers on site
    • Active sales of the entire solution and service portfolio
    • Independent planning and arrangement and execution of customer appointments
    • Preparation and implementation of sales negotiations
    • Preparation, control and monitoring of offers with support of the back office
    • Project support, documentation and updating of customer information in the CRM system
    • Reliable forecast generation
    • Responsibility for compliance with sales and earnings figures

    Your profile

    You enjoy travelling, are self-confident, have good language skills, but are even better at listening and let every customer feel your fun in sales. Even in uncomfortable situations, you are able to meet the customer's requirements and respond to them in a solution-oriented and sustainable manner. You work in a structured and careful manner, are disciplined, resilient and capable of learning. You think holistically, economically and sustainably. You have a good basic understanding or, even better, extended knowledge in the field of IT networks, security, routers, servers, software systems and media distribution. Ideally you have already gained experience in the German-speaking education sector.

    What else you bring along:

    • Successfully completed studies in the fields of economics, business informatics or comparable, also possible: completed commercial/technical training, e.g. as an IT system administrator, and professional experience in the area of responsibility described
    • Secure handling of MS Office and the Internet
    • IT knowledge of products in the field of servers, routers, networks, etc. and software
    • Knowledge in handling CRM systems, merchandise management systems
    • Knowledge of the market segment public authorities desirable
    • Very good knowledge of German
    • Safe and friendly contact with customers personally and on the phone
    • Well-groomed and pleasant appearance
    • Analytical thinking and structured working method
    • Ability to work in a team and cooperate as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility
